another factor delaying IS (besides hours in the day!) is the undertaking to launch IS FaceBook today – at the moment it looks as if we should get under the wire, with a launch just before midnight British time – thus 4 to 6 hours within the day by US time.

not much I would challenge in Bumbles assessment but I do feel there are points missing in the equation in general suchas:
Gender
Family
Sexuality
Marital status
Health
Age
Children
etc.

Without considering such points could lead to some horrendous outcomes!
